Bush Exonerated
Maybe Iraq WAS pursuing yellow-cake in Niger (even though Joe Wilson LIED about it) and maybe Saddam did, in fact, intend to re-build his NUCLEAR WMD program…
But don’t believe me… believe the Associated Press
Bush took threats seriously… demanded dictators live up to even the most fundamental principles of international law… and got lambasted by the Democrat party because of it. When will they apologize for being wrong? When will they apologize for slandering our president?

Hi there Joel, did you ever see that South Park episode on the Mormon religion? How they sing “dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb” at various times during the telling of how John Smith founded the cult?
That song just ran through my head as i read this post lol.
Did you read this news story correctly? Particularly this part:
“Israeli warplanes bombed a reactor project at the site in 1981. Later, U.N. inspectors documented and safeguarded the yellowcake, which had been stored in aging drums and containers since before the 1991 Gulf War. There was no evidence of any yellowcake dating from after 1991, the official said.”
When is someone going to apologize for “SLANDERING” your (not our) President? Geez. I wonder about you sometimes : (
How’s the goatee coming along : )

o, that’s a great episode, I love that one!
Engaged, huh??? crazy! Does this mean, (sniffle), that you’ll be moving to Columbus (tear)???
you know, I almost was thinking the exact same thing reading your response! (funny, huh?)
You see, liberals have been saying Bush lied and Saddam didn’t really have a nuclear program. Particularly, they cite the 12 or so words in his state-of-the-union speech… which were that that Saddam recently sought such material in Niger… is not only believable as a intelligence matter (which is all Bush ever asserted), but LIKELY AS A MATTER OF FACT now that we know the actual extent of his nuclear stockpiles.
So, explain to me how 550 tons of yellow-cake uranium ISN’T A “PROGRAM”. go ahead…. dum… da dummm dumm…

Did you see that video I posted a while back entitled “Black Bush”, Dave Chappelle as W? So funny!!
Yes indeed !!!! I’m getting married:) And what do you mean crazy? Don’t you mean Congratulations?
I’m not sure if I’m moving to Columbus yet, I have to see if I can transfer to another law school down there, haven’t heard back from them yet, so UTLaw might have to deal with me for awhile longer yet, heehee.
Whether or not yellow cake is a nuclear program or not, I don’t know. I’m no nuclear weapons expert. I wish I was though!! But alas I’m not that smart dammit, I’m only smart enough to be a lawyer lol, which I’m finding doesn’t take a whole lot of smarts.
But thats not the point Joel!!!
The point is, the UN knew about it and they were safeguarding it for years, there was no evidence of more after 1991!! So W invaded Iraq more than a decade later for this? Hmmmmm?
Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb? Do tell.

Look, YOU may have perfectly reasonable arguments… but what this story does is to go in the face of what WASHINGTON DEMOCRATS have been saying for the past 5 years.
“Where’s the WMD’s?!” // “Bush LIED about the existence of WMD programs!” — these have been the mantra from the left for the past 4 years… and these “stockpiles” of Nuclear material are EVIDENCE that their accusations were baseless. That’s the point. Saddam DID have a program and this material WAS, in fact, in Iraq… with the potential to be built back up and used. You can at least agree with THAT, right?
Moving to YOUR argument, when all is said and done… I don’t think it matters whether he got MORE yellowcake After the first gulf war or not (YOU think so, which is fine… but I think this is the only area of our disagreement… you think this matters, I don’t). He still had it in 2004 and the fact that he didn’t get rid of it showed us something of his intentions.
The weapons inspectors who were supposedly “safeguarding” it were not even allowed to do their job by the end… (in other words, you can’t safeguard something you don’t have access to) so I’m not disagreeing with you but I don’t think you have a very strong argument.

I love my argument and I think it’s lovely. So there.
You spelled congratulations wrong!! Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb. LOL!
You are more fun than a barrel of monkeys:)
